Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days from receipt at support@lulufinery.com with clear pictures of the products and the payment receipt or proof of purchase. We will give you further instructions on how to return the damaged product. You must follow our instructions and will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping must have tracking details to ensure delivery. The products must be returned within 5 days from the return instruction email’s date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit less shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exclusive Offers and Special Offers are bundle offers and the offer price is only valid with the main purchase in the same order. In the event of a return of the main purchase, all product(s) under the Exclusive Offers or Special Offers in the order will be charged at full price. The difference between the full price and the offer price will be deducted from your refund amount accordingly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

In all cases, we do not accept any return or exchange of products delivered more than 7 days from the date of delivery.

Due to different screen color representation, surrounding lighting, and product nature, the product colors may vary slightly than in person.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LULUfinery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LULUfinery will confirm the delivery to the shipping address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
