Track My Order

Once your order is being shipped, you will received the Shipping Confirmation’s email with the tracking link.  Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to update. In order to retrieve your Tracking details, please click on the Tracking ID link.

Please note that shipping to the USA requires an estimate of 7 to 14 days for shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be delayed. Please consider any holidays and customs checking that might impact the delivery times.  However, please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
